Join us for another season of our long-running Movies Under The Stars series, screening an eclectic mix of crowd-pleasers on the lawn at Ijams Nature Center! For July’s installment we’re excited to present Robert Zemeckis’s spectacular sci-fi comedy BACK TO THE FUTURE, one of the most beloved and rewatchable blockbusters of all time.

Small-town California teen Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) is thrown back into the 1950s when an experiment by his eccentric scientist friend Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) goes awry. Traveling through time in a modified DeLorean car, Marty encounters young versions of his parents (Crispin Glover & Lea Thompson) and must make sure that they fall in love or he’ll cease to exist.

Ijams will be selling beer and soft drinks, and food trucks will be on site for your snacking pleasure. No coolers or outside alcohol is permitted. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash. Lawn chairs and/or blankets are recommended. Tickets are available via the link below for $12 (parking included), with discounts available for Ijams Nature Center and Central Cinema members.
